Communication with music students may take on the following forms:

1. Milestone letters from the music unit coordinator.
2. Postings to department bulletin boards.
3. E-mails, phone calls, or texts from the coordinator or other faculty members.
4. Announcements at student recitals.
5. Postings to faculty office doors.
6. Announcements via a Learning Management System (i.e. Canvas, Moodle, etc.).
7. The department web site.
8. Student mailboxes, located in Davis Hall 247.
9. Faculty websites.
10. Division, department, or ensemble social media pages

It is the student’s responsibility to frequently check locations where information is posted or disseminated.
