As a part of the department’s on-going program evaluation process, all Science & Arts music majors are asked to complete a program survey prior to graduation. This assessment is used by the department to monitor, assist, and evaluate the effectiveness of the music program. All graduating music majors must complete the survey. Please note that all music majors must turn in the survey to the coordinator one week prior to their exit interview. The survey will be discussed with the music faculty as part of the exit interview. Students will NOT be allowed to graduate UNTIL the program survey has been presented to and discussed with the music faculty.
